Due to the nature of remote support we regret to say that this service is only available as a prepaid service or under contractual agreements. We can deduct the time we have assisted from your total purchased time so you can always call us up again for the next issue.
On Site Support
In the event that an issue cannot be resolved via remote support we can have an on site engineer sent to your home or business in no time. This feature is only available in the UK and Victoria (Australia) although we will make exceptions for corporate clients.
